Bits: The Business of Technology by the New York Times offers newstories about the most current technology innovations.

Sarah Houghton, the Librarian in Black, offers insightful and practical information about technology trends in libaries, wiht a sense of humor. 

Easy to navigate blog that lists topics alphabetically from ALA to Writing.

ALA TechSource is a division of the American Libary Association that publishes Library Technology Reports, Smart Libraries Newsletter, and ALA TechSource Blog.  This site provides information about the latest technology in libraries, as well as access to the contents of ALA's technology publications and full access to its blog.

Evernote is like a virtual Post-it note that allows the user to access notes either through a web interface for personal computers or through an app interface for tablets or smartphones.

Zotero helps the researcher collect, organize, cite, and share research sources.

Planboard allows teachers to plan their lessons and instruction online in order to align them more easily with state standards and with school calendars, to avoid unnecessary repeition in creating lessons,and to allow students access to material they may have missed when they were absent.

BucketListly is a bucket list community that allows users to set goals, post achievements and picture, and to get advice from others who have similar goals or who have already met those goals themseleves.
